During the initiation phase of all our projects, the Project Manager develops the project infrastructure used to design and execute the project according to the ISO guidelines. Plans for executing the project by managing the schedule, quality, risk and budget are created. A project management plan describing the various project management processes will also be agreed to at the start of our solution implementation.

At Efficiency Leaders, we believe that meaningfully representing your organisation’s functional business process requirements and then translating those into a sound technical approach are the most important steps towards a successful system implementation.
We have designed a process that starts with a discovery workshop. This interactive requirements gathering meeting is held onsite at your premises and facilitated by our solution architects.
The results of those discussions are documented in our Scope and Requirements Document (SRD), a detailed functional specification document that will define the required business process changes.
The level of detail in our scope definition processes also allows Efficiency Leaders to accurately define the time and effort required to implement our solutions.
At the initiation phase of the implementation, a project plan will be presented by an Efficiency Leaders Project Manager describing a detailed breakdown of work, responsibilities, objectives and delivery timeframes. The project plan will also describe the timing of the involvement of your organisation’s resources. The project’s schedule and status will be updated and communicated at an agreed frequency with all stakeholders, as often as weekly.
Efficiency Leaders is an experienced organisation with a proven track record of many successful implementations. Every project has provided valuable lessons, thus enhancing our experience at identifying and managing the risks to our solutions delivery.
Efficiency Leaders follows the Australian Standard Guidelines for Risk Management. The Project Manager will record all identified risks by the project team into a risk log. Risks are then analysed and evaluated by the team.
An appropriate risk treatment strategy, according to likelihood and consequence, is implemented into the project plan.
Risks are actively monitored throughout the project by the team and risk plans updated and reported on a weekly basis with visual representations to assist in the understanding and consensus on the treatment measures taken.

Our scope management process allows Efficiency Leaders to provide your organisation with a solution that meets its requirements at a fixed budget, upon the agreement of the Scope and Requirements Document (SRD) and the Solution Design Document (SDD) by all parties.
Our solutions are described in sufficient detail to allow our consultants to itemise the work and accurately estimate the effort required in advance, which means your organisation’s costs are fully known before implementation.
Once the implementation has commenced, functional or technical requirement changes that may occur will require a process of analysis to determine the effect on the project timeline, resources and cost. A report is then presented to your organisation, so a decision can be made whether to proceed and integrate the suggested changes in the project.
The success of our project relies on effective communication between Efficiency Leaders and your organisation’s nominated team. Our project delivery methodology incorporates formal project status reports and meetings that are held as often as weekly.
